These Terms of Service govern the preliminary site surveys, EPC quotations, and installation agreements between Maxira Solar and customer property owners across Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan.

1. Free Solar Site Surveys

Preliminary solar shadow simulations and roof area feasibility estimates booked via this website are completely free and carry zero purchase obligation. Actual structural engineering drawings are confirmed after physical structural verification.

2. PM Surya Ghar DBT Subsidies

Central subsidies under PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana (up to ₹78,000) are disbursed directly by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) via DBT into the customer's linked bank account upon DISCOM inspection and commissioning approval. Maxira Solar assists with 100% of the portal liaison and documentation.
